Croatian chocolate salami | Čokoladna salama

Ah, another Christmas (or anytime really) no-bake winner. This chocolate salami recipe is very decadent, rich and, of course, chocolatey. It's a bit too chocolatey for me but with the addition of all the nuts and dried fruit this recipe is a taste sensation.

Because you need to store it in the fridge for atleast two days to allow all the flavours to develop, you can make this salami way ahead of time and have it prepped and ready to go when guests arrive. Just take it out of the fridge, rub it with icing sugar and it's good to go!
